Disney’s Epic Mickey(Review)

Hello, my name is Charles and I’m here to review Disney’s Epic Mickey for the Nintendo Wii.

The game takes place in a special world created by Yen Sid (Fantasia’s the Sorcerer’s Apprentice) for long-forgotten toons which is called WasteLand.

You also travel through some old-time Mickey Mouse Cartoon settings, some of which are comprised of Steamboat Willie, Lonesome Ghosts, Mickey & the Beanstalk and Thru the Mirror.

In this game, you play as Mickey Mouse as he uses Yen Sid’s magic paintbrush to save and restore WasteLand as well as to thwart the Mad Doctor and Vanquish the Phantom Blot.

As Mickey, you use the magic paintbrush to utilize either Paint (color: Blue) to repair/restore or Thinner (color: Green) to destroy/erase.

While in WasteLand, Mickey meets animatronic versions of Donald, Goofy and Daisy, as well as Clarabelle Cow, Horse Horsecollar and various incarnations of Pete.

He also meets Oswald the Lucky Rabbit (Mickey’s Disney predecessor), Ortensia (Oswald’s Sweetheart) as well as a majority of Helpful Gremlins.

In conclusion, I found this game to be a true celebration of Disney’s Greatest Mickey Mouse Cartoons ever created.

Toy Story (Good Review)

Hunter M

11/13/2017

Greetings guys, I’m Hunter McCann and I’m the Blockbuster Critic! Ever since I started my career as a critic my first review is I’d like to take a trip back to 1995! With My all-time favorite movie animated classic, the first computer animated motion picture. Toy Story.

The Plot

In a world where toys are secretly alive, We follow the adventures of Andy’s Toys, who are led by Sheriff Woody, but all that changes when he gets a new action figure for his birthday, Buzz Lightyear! So I have to admit, Toy Story was amazing when I went to see it for the first time in 2009 in theaters in 3-D! Now before we move on, I’d like to say that Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters and Toy Story Mania are my favorite PIXAR attractions at Disneyland! Why? Because I love the movie, and it takes place in the same movie and Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters takes place in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command! Now for those of you who don’t know, This was an animated series based on Toy Story, which follows Buzz’s adventures in space to take down the Evil Emperor Zurg. Now back to the movie!

Cast and Characters

Woody, played by Tom Hanks

Mr Potato Head played by Don Rickles (1926-2017)

Hamm played by John Ratzenberger

Buzz Lightyear played by Tim Allen

Slinky Dog played by Jim Varney

Bo Peep played by Annie Potts

Favorite Character

Woody and Buzz Lightyear

Favorite Line

YOU ARE A TOY!

Favorite Scene

As far as I’m concerned my favorite scene are Buzz Lightyear’s Flying Practices and the song Strange Things, but most importantly the song is You’ve Got a Friend in Me!

Now I will admit, this movie expanded through books, toys, video games, and attractions, and that’s not a bad movie at all.

Final Verdict

The first film is my all time favorite film out of the whole trilogy and PIXAR is trying to make another final film about Toy Story with a fourth film in 2019, but critics are saying “Leave it alone” which means not a bad film or mess it up. The only thing I don’t like about it is the incinerator scene in the third film, but I do like Woody’s Roundup in the second film, and finally, I Really Like it because PIXAR did a good job!

10 Points on the Excitement Meter!

Thank you for reading my review, and, To infinity and beyond!

Disney’s Villains’ Revenge(Review)

Hello, my name is Charles and I’m here to review the PC game Disney’s Villains’ Revenge for Windows & MAC.

In this game, The Villains steal the happy endings of their respective stories resulting in Captain Hook sword fighting Peter Pan(who is now a decrepit old man), the Wicked Queen putting both Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs into a deep sleep with her Poison Apples(with no prince to break the spell), the Queen of Hearts placing Alice’s head & body in separate locations within her Hedge Maze, the Circus Ringmaster Strips Dumbo of his ability to fly and forces him to do his humiliating skydiving stunts.

In this game, you team up with Jiminy Cricket & the Blue Fairy(Pinocchio) to help Peter Pan defeat Captain Hook(Peter Pan), save Snow White from the clutches of the Wicked Queen(Snow White & the 7 Dwarfs), rescue Alice from the grasp of the Queen of Hearts(Alice in Wonderland) and liberate Dumbo from the humiliating stunts forced on him by the Circus Ringmaster(Dumbo) as well as recover & restore all the happy endings stolen by the respective villains of each said story.

In conclusion, I believe that this Disney game is another one of its good VS evil masterpieces while it also involve point & click puzzle solving scenarios.
