Final Fantasy VII: ReMake (Preview)

Hello, my name is Charles and I’m here to preview Final Fantasy VII: Remake for the PlayStation 4. The game is a remake of the 1997 game Final Fantasy VII for the PlayStation 1.

 

Square Enix “ the company that invented Final Fantasy” plans to release the game in episodic installments, with the first scheduled for release on April 10, 2020. The first installment covers the beginning of the game’s storyline from bombing a Mako Reactor to fleeing The City of Midgar.

 

The protagonists in the first installment are Cloud Strife (an Ex-Soldier turned Mercenary)(Weapon: Buster Sword), Barrel Wallace (the leader of the Rebel Force: Avalanche)(Weapon: Gun-Arm), Tifa Lockhart (Cloud’s childhood friend and a member of Avalanche)(Weapon: Martial Arts), Aerith Gainsborough (a Flower Girl and the sole survivor of an Ancient Race known as the Centra)(Weapons: Staff/Magic) and Red XIII aka Nanaki (a Red Lion/Wolf-like Beast).

 

The antagonists in the first installment are Sephiroth (a Legendary Super-Soldier)(Weapon: Masamune), President Shinra (a tyrannical businessman), Heidegger (President Shinra’s assistant and the Head of Public Safety “a euphemism for the military), Scarlet (the Head of Shinra’s Weapons Development), Palmer (the Head of Shinra’s Space Program), Tseng (the Leader of the Turks “ President’s Elite BodyGuards”), Reno and Rude (Members of the Turks) and Hojo (the Head of Shinra’s Bio-Chemical Research).

 

In conclusion, I strongly believe that this game will surpass it’s PS1 counterpart on a level of global proportions and in turn exceed all expectations, beliefs and ideals concerning the vast world of Final Fantasy VII.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot (Preview)

Hello, my name is Charles and I’m here to preview the upcoming game Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot for the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One. This game is scheduled to be released on Friday, January 17, 2020.

 

This game follows the exploits of Goku and his friends as they traverse the Dragon Ball Z storyline. The Dragon Ball Z storyline in this game consists of the Saiyan Saga, the Namek Saga, the Frieza Saga, the Android Saga, the Cell Saga, the Great Saiyaman Saga, the Majin Buu Saga, the Super Buu Saga and the Kid Buu Saga.

 

Unlike other Dragon Ball games, Goku and his friends also partake in actual martial arts training, Goku and his friends also partake in delicious meals, Goku and his friends also relax around a campfire and Goku and his friends also can freely traverse the Dragon Ball Z universe. In this game, you also encounter familiar faces from the original Dragon Ball series such as Nam, Bora and Bora’s son Upa.

 

This game also features a new Ginyu Force character, Bonyu. In my opinion, I do believe that Bonyu is from the same planet as another Ginyu Force character, Jeice due to them having both red skin and white hair.

 

The protagonists are Goku, Piccolo, Gohan (Kid), Gohan (Adult), Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, Chiaotzu, Vegeta, Goten, Trunks (Future) and Trunks (Kid).

 

The antagonists in this game are Raditz, Nappa, Vegeta, Dodoria, Zarbon, Guldo, Recoome, Burter, Jeice, Captain Ginyu, Frieza, Androids 19 and 20 (Dr. Gero), Androids 16, 17 and 18, Cell, Dabura, Babidi, Majin Buu, Super Buu (Original), Super Buu (Gotenks and Piccolo absorbed), Super Buu (Gohan absorbed) and Kid Buu.

 

In conclusion, I strongly believe that this game’s popularity will make it the most “Legendary” game in the entire Dragon Ball franchise.

Pokemon: Sword & Shield (Preview)

Hello, my name is Charles and I’m here to preview the upcoming games Pokemon: Sword and Pokemon: Shield for the Nintendo Switch. These games marks the beginning of the 8th generation in Pokemon games.

 

These games take place in an entirely new region known as the Galar region which was based on the actual United Kingdom.

 

The cast of characters are the main character (gender: Male or Female)(name: your choice),

Leon (the Pokemon League Champion and the strongest pokemon trainer in the entire Galar region),

Hop (Rival/Leon’s little brother),

Magnolia (Pokemon Professor),

Sonia (Magnolia’s granddaughter/Leon’s childhood friend),

Bede (Rival),

Marnie (Rival) and Team Yell (the Galar region’s secret organization).

 

In conclusion, I believe these games will in fact be a new chapter in Pokemon gaming for they will also retain game elements from Pokemon: Let’s Go! Eevee and Pokemon: Let’s Go! Pikachu as well as Pokemon: Sun and Pokemon: Moon. These games are scheduled for release on Friday, November 15, 2019.

Star Wars-Jedi: Fallen Order (Preview)

Hello, my name is Charles and I’m here to preview Star Wars-Jedi: Fallen Order for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.

 

The story setting for this game takes place a few years after the events of Star Wars-Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. In this game, you play as a surviving Jedi Padawan named Cal Kestis.

 

The protagonists in this game are Cal Kestis (Main Protagonist)(Jedi Padawan),

BD-1 (Protagonist)(Cal’s faithful Droid companion) and Cere Junda (Protagonist)(a former Jedi Knight and Cal’s mentor).

 

The antagonists in this game are the 2nd Sister and the 9th Sisters (Main Antagonists)(Inquisitors “Force-wielders personally trained by Darth Vader and tasked with hunting down/exterminating any and all surviving Jedi).

 

In conclusion, I believe that this new game will be a Rancor-sized hit with Star Wars fans in turn causing the game’s popularity to soar as high as a Death Star in high-orbit. “May the Force be with us.

One Piece: Stampede(Movie Preview)

Hello, my name is Charles and I’m here to preview the movie One Piece: Stampede. This is the 14th One Piece movie which also commemorates the One Piece series’ 20th anniversary.

This movie takes place during the Pirates Expo ” a festival made by pirates, for pirates where pirates all over the world engage in a big treasure hunt for a long, lost treasure. This time, the treasure that is sought originally belonged to the former Pirate King himself, Gol D. Roger aka Gold Roger.

The main protagonists are the StrawHat pirates (Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Sanji Vinsmoke, Tony Tony Chopper, Nico Robin, Franky and Brook).

The main antagonist in this movie are Douglas Bullet (a former member of Gold Roger’s crew).

The World Government officials in this movie are Vice-Admiral Smoker, Captain Tashigi, Fleet-Admiral Sakazuki Akainu, Borsalino Kizaru, Vice-Admiral Monkey D. Garp aka Garp the Fist and CP0-Agent Rob Lucci.

The Seven Warlords in this movie are Boa Hancock, Dracule “Hawkeye” Mihawk and Crocodile.

The miscellaneous cast of characters in this movie are Marshall D. Teach aka Blackbeard (pirate), Buggy (pirate), Alvida (pirate), Perona (pirate), Jewelry Bonney (pirate), Foxy (pirate), Wapol (pirate/royalty), Koby (officer), Helmeppo (officer), Hina (Officer) and Sentomaru (officer).

In conclusion, I believe that this movie will fulfill its role as the One Piece series’ 20th anniversary to both it’s fans as well as it’s creator, Eiichiro Oda.
